Activities for kids and families. We might be mixing slime, creating perler bead art, breaking codes, playing with robots, crafting, questing, learning about space or filming stop-motion movies!
Drop in any time during the hour for a variety of activities for all ages – kids and families welcome!
The program this week is Welcoming Week themed. Welcoming Week is an annual opportunity to recognize and celebrate the people, places and values that help everyone feel welcome in our community, regardless of where they come from! For up-to-date information on Welcoming Week 2024, please visit the Immigration Partnership Saskatoon website.
The Carlyle King Library officially opened Oct 16, 1979 and is located in the Cosmo Civic Centre. Carlyle King was the first library to be part of a multi-purpose facility in Saskatoon. It was named in honour of Carlyle King who, in addition to a distinguished academic career, was actively involved in the Saskatchewan Library Advisory Council, the Saskatchewan Library Association and the Saskatoon Public Library Board (1955-1972).
