Every week we’ll read an awesome picture book and celebrate it with games, crafts and other fun activities. For ages 5 – 7. Space is limited and free tickets are available before each event.
The Great Ball Game
Rebecca Sheir & Joshua Mangeshig Pawls-Steckley
A dispute between the animals and the birds over who is best leads to a ball game challenge. When the game is disrupted by the arrival of a tiny creature named Bat, who doesn't seem to fit on either team, all the participants learn the value of diversity and celebrating those who seem "different."

The Mayfair Library was established in 1952 in the basement of the Mayfair Community Hall. By 1989, the building was no longer suitable for the library and the basement location presented accessibility problems. The current Mayfair Library was reopened in 1991, on the same site, after a one-year break in service during construction.
